ABOUT US

At Out in the Wild we seek to nurture the whole of an individual, addressing all areas of their development and growth simultaneously. We work hard to ensure that we adopt a holistic approach in our sessions. The experiences offered include outdoor games, woodland crafts, tool work, fire-lighting, hikes and much more. Participants are offered lots of opportunities to develop skills and abilities, improving their physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.

We specialise in providing experiences for children and young adults and strongly feel that returning back to our roots by engaging with nature – before technology took over – will help remedy some of the current issues that young people face such as: mental health problems, obesity, heart problems and disengagement. Outdoor experiences can help develop resilience, confidence, self-esteem and empathy towards others.

Come and join us on a journey to explore, discover and experience the world!
